Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 November 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Assistly.me ("Assistly", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Assistly, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

Assistly gives you AI assistants that chat with you, draft and send messages, work with the apps you connect, run web tasks in a browser on our server, and run tasks on a schedule. Features may change as we improve the service. AI can be wrong or incomplete: check important results, and you remain responsible for decisions you make based on them.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and give accurate account details.
  • Keep your login safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
  • One person per account. Don't share or resell access.

3. Acting on your behalf

When you ask your assistant to use a website or a connected account, you authorise it to act there for you. You confirm you have the right to use those accounts and websites, and you're responsible for following their terms. Before steps with real-world effect — paying, buying, sending, posting, deleting, submitting or accepting terms — the assistant stops and asks for your approval; once you approve, that action is yours. You sign in to websites yourself; Assistly never asks for or stores your passwords. Some websites limit or block automated use and some actions can't be completed; we don't guarantee any task will succeed.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Assistly to:

  • break any law, or infringe anyone's rights or privacy;
  • send spam, run fraud or phishing, or impersonate others;
  • get around a website's security, CAPTCHAs or bot protections, or access accounts that aren't yours;
  • harass, harm or exploit anyone, or create or seek illegal or adult content;
  • attack, overload, reverse-engineer or misuse the service or other users' data;
  • use automation in a way that breaks a website's or app's terms.

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Plans, usage and payment

  • The Free plan has limited use. Paid plans (Plus, Pro, Max) are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Each plan includes a usage allowance that resets weekly, plus a short-term (5-hour) limit. Bigger jobs use more. When it runs out, you can wait for it to reset, buy extra usage, or upgrade.
  • Extra usage packs are one-time purchases, used after your plan's usage runs out. They don't expire while your account is active, and have no cash value.
  • Prices are shown on our Plans page and may change; we'll tell you before a price change affects your subscription.
  • Taxes may be added where required.

6. Cancellation and no-refund policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes subscription fees (monthly and yearly), renewals, upgrades and extra usage packs, including any usage you didn't use. We don't give refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused usage, downgrades, or for tasks that a website blocked or that couldn't be completed.

  • You can cancel at any time under Plans → Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and then won't renew.
  • If you were charged by mistake — for example, charged twice — write to support@assistly.me within 14 days and we'll correct it.
  • Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under the law that applies to you.

7. Your content

You own what you put into Assistly and what your assistants produce for you. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to use the content and files you upload.

8. Availability

We work to keep Assistly running, but it's provided "as is" and "as available". It may be interrupted for maintenance or by problems beyond our control, and third-party services (AI providers, websites, connected apps) may change or stop working.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Assistly isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, data or business), or for actions taken on websites and accounts at your instruction or with your approval. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Ending the service

You can stop using Assistly and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@assistly.me. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell you about important changes; if you keep using Assistly after that, the new terms apply.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
